The CCBA Safety Team has attended and recorded 2,989 incidents since commencing in August 2023. Over this period, we have seen a 45% reduction in reported incidents. The team receives daily calls for support from the business community, and they work closely with the Police and City Mission to help ensure our streets provide a safe and positive experience for both workers and visitors alike.
